Breaking into the wrestling business in 2009, AJ Winkler carved out a career that took him around the world before being recruited to the WWE Performance Center coaching staff.  As a Maryland native, Winkler got his start at the EWA Pain Factory, learning skills that would help him challenge for and win championships all around the world.  After competing for WXW in Germany, as well as New Japan Pro Wrestling, Winkler’s technical prowess, talent, and skill opened the eyes of WWE officials who believed he would become a valuable asset to the coaching team.
